Refund policy

At Yellow Beak Press, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

• All returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition in which they were received.

2. Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

3. Required Documentation:

• Please include a copy of your order confirmation email or provide your order number with your return.

4. Refund Process:

• Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
